In this stage, UP Departmental Erasmus+ Coordinator will review and then upload the final Learning Agreement  Mobility for Studies / Before Mobility signed by all parties. If everything is alright, the UP International Relations Office will "approve" your application.

You can dowlnload your Learning Agreement Mobility for Studies / Before the Mobility signed by all parties. You must also upload additional info e.g. address in Patras (when available) and click "save".  

Once you arrive in Patras the UP International Relations Office changes your application status  to "ongoing". In this stage, you are able to upload additional documents, e.g your Learning Agreement Mobility for Studies / During the Mobility (updated). 

Important for full-year Erasmus+ Students:

Students who have a full-year Erasmus+ grant can find their transcript of records uploaded for winter and spring semester separately. Winter semester transcript of records is uploaded when application status is "ongoing".

Your transcript of records (grades/ECTS) will be uploaded in the next few weeks.

Students who wish to stay at the Student Residence Hall of the University of Patras (Hostel UPatras) must submit a housing application on line. Use the Erasmus+ Platform!
